Ekaterina joined Absolute IT in May 2019, after relocating to New Zealand from Bulgaria. She has more than 5 years of experience in both agency and in-house recruitment and is passionate about recruitment. She believes that the key factors for success are building trust, treating everyone with priority, paying attention to detail and having a personal approach.
Outside of work, Ekaterina loves travelling, spending time with her family and friends and enjoys to be outside on a sunny day.
