ABOUT THE COMPANY
Our clients’ core purpose is to work with businesses in the primary industries to grow the capability of their people. They do this through applied learning in training and assessment which is designed to take place in the workplace, which enables employees to learn-on-the-job, while gaining real-world industry experience. They help businesses and their staff to choose a programme that is fit-for-purpose, and equips them with the right skills, knowledge and experience. They then work with trainees and external training providers to complete the qualification. They also help with the assessment and ensure all the evidence and learning modules in our resources are completed.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Support business and information systems change by identifying the business needs of the clients and stakeholders and determine appropriate solutions to business problems. This includes developing innovative solutions, designing and documenting business processes and implementing solutions. This role will focus on supporting our clients CRM system and work closely with the Academic Services Team. The senior business analyst will work closely with the IT Team, Power BI Analysts, Academic Services Team, Senior Leadership Team, Systems Coach, Field Team, Delivery Managers.
•Understand the business issues and data challenges of the organisation.
•Actively manage client expectations.
•Identify and champion opportunities for improvement and enhancements in our systems. Strong focus on user experience.
•Assist Systems coach with developing training materials related to new systems or functionality.
•Work with managers and staff to identify solutions and develop business processes and user requirements detailing solutions.
•Establish and maintain strong business relationships with clients / users / vendor Developers and Service delivery manager.
•Backlog grooming in Azure DevOps. This includes raising tickets and enhancements with the vendor and managing these through to release.
•Working alongside Test analyst to create and maintain test scripts in DevOps. Perform system testing
•3rd level support for CRM, Mobile app and Portal, including troubleshooting, business process analysis and system improvement where required.
•Provide support to Power BI team with understanding of CRM data.
•Identify issues and suggest areas for improvement.
•Implement and adhere to quality assurance mechanisms and best practice.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
•5-8 years’ relevant experience in business and systems analysis
•Knowledge and experience of Microsoft CRM (Dynamic 365)
•Experience in system development lifecycles
•Experience in business analysis, including facilitation of workshops to define requirements
•Excellent relationship building skills
•Experience in business process mapping lifestyles
