Join a vital New Zealand government organisation providing important services to the well-being of the nation. Currently going through an exciting period of adopting new technologies and tools for their data strategy and how the organisation/sector visualises business intelligence outcomes.


You will be working within a business unit which provides key services around data warehousing, reporting, insight and analytics to internal business teams and external parties.
Excellent opening to join a team that has developed a new strategy, has new tools being implemented, and to help turn data in to knowledge to help change lives.


-Produce excellent data extracts for use across multiple business units.
-Work closely with the business and data users, providing support and solutions.
-Put in place automation.
-Become a SAS SME, develop a super-user group to create collaboration and efficiencies across the organisation.
-A senior member within the team, you will be a go-to for analytics queries, and utilise either your strong R or SAS skills.


-Senior-level analysis and programming skills, in either R or SAS.
-Experience being a go-to person within a team, coaching and mentoring others.
-Ability to hold business-focused conversations to ensure solutions delivered are accurate.
-Excellent relationship-builder.
