ABOUT THE ROLE
As part of the Business Solutions function, you will work closely with end-users and stakeholders to respond to bespoke application issues and ongoing improvements to their daily performance.
Whilst this is a support role, there will be plenty of project work, and you will have a strong focus on understanding / moulding the underlying business processes of an application.
This is a great position for someone who wants to develop some of the core skills of a Business Analyst.
•2nd and 3rd Level support alongside a development team.
•Understand customer, end-user, and business requirements and processes to ensure efficient application performance.
•Manage vendors and an individual support budget.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
•Previous experience in an application/software support position.
•Exposure to eliciting user requirements and process mapping.
•Ideally some exposure to project work.
•Excellent people-person, customer-centric.
•Very attractive salary.
•Opportunity for some really valuable business and application analysis experience.
