Technical Business Analyst (Website focused)

Scope: Website and CMS upgrade

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 6+ years of Business Analyst experience working in complex projects and programs and experience working with business and technical developers
• Experience in evaluating and analysing products and technical analysis of products
• Experience in drafting user stories
• Work with technical development team for initial analysis and perform Gap analysis and work for technical solutions
• Project management experience for working high level estimates
• Desirable to have NZ government experience and highly recommended
• Would be desirable to have Umbraco CMS knowledge and experience within a government agency
