ABOUT THE ROLE
The role is that of an experienced Technical Business Analyst who is a SME on payroll and Holiday Act. To name a few, the person should be able to do the following:
- Translate business rules and convey requirements to IT Data specialists
- Organise and run workshops with stakeholders (requirements gathering/confirmation, etc)
- Work with Software vendors and facilitate changes to system configurations/settings
- Define/document test scripts and coordinate a team to undertake the testing and consolidate the results
- Run meetings, take minutes/actions, provide regular reporting to internal and national stakeholders
- undertake simple data analysis (Excel), to understand the impact/implications of changes, or the extent of any issues.
- Organise and maintain and track tasks, actions etc. to keep the project progressing

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Has knowledge of the Holidays Act and Payroll systems. Able to understand the potential implications of the Act on the system configuration
- Relevant certification and training
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work with different stakeholders
