ROLE REQUIREMENTS

The clue is in the name, you’ll need to use your communication skills and technical knowledge to provide amazing support to customers ensuring client retention.

You will be accountable for managing customers through their journey with the business – from the process of onboarding, to undertaking regular health checks to seek feedback, track satisfaction as well as provide an opportunity to sell additional products and features which add value.

A key part of your role will be to manage customers who are considering finishing their contracts with a view to retaining their business. Your goal from every interaction is to find a win-win solution for both the business and the customer and ensure the customer has a positive experience.


SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Previous customer service experience 
  • Experience in account management or client retention
  • Strong verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and eloquent writing skills
  • Enthusiastic about technology
