ROLE REQUIREMENTS

The clue is in the name, you’ll need to use your communication skills and technical knowledge to provide amazing support for internal and external stakeholders. 

You will work in a HelpDesk environment where you’ll support our customers and staff by resolving their IT challenges remotely. The team meets the highest customer service standards while providing excellent technical helpdesk service over the phone in a 24/7 roster call center

  • Proven organizational skills
  • Customer service orientation & Soft skills
  • Academic technical background – Advantage
  • Customer service background – Advantage
  • Mandarin / Korean speaking – Advantage
