ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Cloud Support Engineer you are responsible for providing IT, Microsoft 365, webhosting, domain and Azure level 2/3 support and assistance across the NZ/Australia region. Not only will you be providing high level support and consultation, you will also use your business acumen and excellent communication skills to talk with customers to understand their business process and how they could utilise other products. You will assist in the maintenance of hardware, software and the analysis or interpretation of IT issues
 

DUTIES

  • Provide support and advice within the Service Desk team to customers via phone and online ticketing system
  • Provide customers with accurate information on the company’s products and services
  • Liaise with third party suppliers and support companies as required.
  • Use your technical and customer service skills to resolve customer and escalated queries
  • Use your knowledge of MS365 and other related products to engage with business customers to ensure the product they are using best suits their needs
  • Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation and KBS
  • Expected to operate at SFIA – Level- 4

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years’ experience deploying new cloud workloads (AWS, Office 365, Azure)
  • Experience managing and deploying common Office 356 services
  • Implementing and managing Microsoft 365 security and compliance
  • Experience developing and maintaining detailed documentation and KBS
  • Have worked across multiple customer sites and working in a virtual team environment
  • ITIL Foundations (advantageous)
  • MS 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert (advantageous)
