Since starting my recruitment career in 2014, I have enjoyed both engaging with people and working on systems and process optimization. My great interest in technology was sparked during a previous role in HR, where I was continuously inspired to innovate on process improvement with the limited technology available. I like to think of myself as a Jill of all trades, and have been commended for my approachability, empathy, and transparent communication.

My career in NZ started with Absolute IT as a Candidate Manager. Over time I have been drawn towards projects and opportunities to contribute to business improvement, this led me into a Talent Management role in 2021. Since then, I have been promoted to Management of Innovation & Optimisation, where I am supporting the entire business to increase efficiency and performance.

Proudly South African, I am a social being, nature and animal lover, and I have a great appreciation for performing and culinary arts. To recharge, I particularly enjoy the calm of logical thinking games and creative activities, or the buzz of music festivals.
