Originally from India, I have been living and working in New Zealand since 2016. I joined Absolute IT in 2019 and have since enjoyed matching good people with great careers. Recruiting for any IT role is always challenging, making sure that you find the right candidate with both the right skillset and a good attitude. For me, it’s equally important to find the right employer and environment for the job seekers I represent. Understanding the requirements of both parties to provide the best match is what I am all about. 

My focus in recruiting so far has been on Project Management, Business Analysis, Software Development and Engineering roles. IT is a versatile industry, it allows you to learn and grow every day, which has been the biggest motivator to be a part of the tech industry. 

When I am not recruiting, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family or hitting the gym!
