Grant Burley – Co-Founding Director
Grant has spent over 22 years in the Wellington IT market, with 18 of those in IT recruitment. Grant was previously the Manager for one of Wellington's largest IT recruitment firms before setting up Absolute IT. Grant spends a good proportion of his time on the Talent Management Channel and management of the UK office. He shares profit & loss responsibility and is a member of the Absolute IT board

Tina Ng – Co-founding Director
Tina has over 16 years experience within the Wellington recruitment industry, with over 10 of those focussed in IT recruitment. Tina has shared responsibility for profit and loss and is a member of the Absolute IT board. Prior to setting up Absolute IT, Tina held a mixture of senior consulting and sales positions with a high profile recruitment company
