absoluteIT was established in Wellington in August 2000 and by demand expanded into the Auckland market in December 2004, opening our UK (London) branch in December 2006 under the name of Absolute Global.
Almost a rare commodity in the recruitment industry, we pride ourselves on being wholly New Zealand owned. We’re passionate about what we do, and we’re driven in true New Zealand style to provide an innovative “can do” service.
The two founding Directors and Shareholders Tina Ng (Wellington) and Grant Burley (London) are involved in the day to day business, as is Martin Barry, the Auckland Director and Shareholder.
absoluteIT’s values are integrity, team work, excellence and open communication. We have a company “Code of Ethics” and “Code of Best Practice” that we all agree to abide by. We have a board of directors who meet monthly, where we set governance and ensure we are adhering to due process.
